- You are required to enter your Applicant ID Number and Social Security Number. If you experience problems logging in, please contact DAPE for further assistance.

Step 2 – If you have successfully logged in, you are ready to complete the online Temporary Permit - Individual Application Section. The process for completing an online application consists of three (3) sections of information that must be completed in order to fulfill the requirements of the online application process.
- Section One of the online Individual Temporary Permit application is segmented into two (2) sections, they are; Applicant – Who is applying for the temporary permit, and Project Information.
- Section Two of the Individual Temporary Permit is for the applicant’s payment
- Section Three of the online Individual Temporary Permit application is the Submission and Printing Affidavit section. If the applicant has completed all sections of the online application process and submitted payment successfully, the Submission and Printing Affidavit section will allow the applicant to print their affidavit

- Payment will be accepted using PayPal's Secured Payment System
- PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
- In order for you to complete the application process, please press "Continue Merchant" after your transaction is accepted by Paypal.
- You can logout of the system and come back at any time to complete the Application process at anytime
